I would like to ask a question:
Can I substitute gluten-free flour for your no gluten-free cake recipes – would the cake basis work with replacing the flour for gluten-free flour?
Or would you be keen to develop a basic gluten-free cake base of vanilla and chocolate?
I would so much appreciate it as you are the master and most people don’t appreciate consuming wheat…

Hi Renata! Thank you so much! I just saw the notification from Patreon & also messaged you in there. While I am not an avid GF baker, I have had success with several of my base recipes & many others who bake GF all the time have had success with many more.
Whenever someone lets me know they had success with a recipe I have been trying to add that in the “notes for success” section on each recipe, but now that you mention this I think I need to add a Gluten Free section here on my website for easy access! That’s one more thing to add to my New Year ToDo list! LOL
But as for the cake I KNOW 100% work great

Both using Bob’s Red Mill 1:1 GF flour since that is the one I can get near me, and it works great with no changes needed to the rest of the ingredients!
